A delicious meal: Chinese rice.

In my family, my grandmother who likes to develop and combine new things. He likes to make new and highly nutritious meals.
The food is delicious but it is the Chinese rice. In order to prepare this delicious homemade recipe requires:


1 cup rice
1 bunch of onions
3 cloves garlic
3 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons corn oil
1 / 4 cup soy sauce


Preparation:
1 - Wash the rice and let it dry.
2 - Chop the garlic and onions into thin slices.
3 - Apart hand beat eggs and add a splash of milk and a little salt and pepper. Pour into a preheated skillet with oil, make an omelette and flip until golden. Remove from heat.
4 In a pot put a little oil, when hot drain the rice and stir until browned garlic that will not stick, add 1 cup of water and wait to evaporate.
5 Once cooked rice, onion is incorporated chambray, as well as the starting egg cake into chunks, seasoned with pepper and soy sauce.

All this is well mix and a delicious meal ready to serve and eat.
